I should've called you first :) My mistakes were pretty obvious from tasting the dish, and it was so unsavory that I actually don't even care to try it again to perfect it...so unless you come up with a meatball casserole recipe to share with me, we wont be having it again! Thanks for the tips :)Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01943401507318905146noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7822515433453645732.post-7783318491561064092012-11-09T13:46:34.128-08:002012-11-09T13:46:34.128-08:00okay but i should say that I follow my Pinterest r...okay but i should say that I follow my Pinterest recipes to the letter because I'm not a good cook. I applaud you for attempting to jazz it up :)Katyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14880982615521740741noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7822515433453645732.post-27839525522917184082012-11-09T13:44:39.921-08:002012-11-09T13:44:39.921-08:00lol!! You're making me feel so much better! I...lol!! You're making me feel so much better! I tried a couple recipes off Pinterest that were so awful, and I wondered if I was just an idiot...like a breakfast casserole made of shredded potatoes and 12 eggs etc. It was so dry and overcooked and tasteless I was crushed!

I wish someone could vet all these recipes on Pinterest before they are unleashed on gullible women. It's always the damn pictures that sell it. :(Katyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14880982615521740741noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7822515433453645732.post-72439032014173235712012-11-09T13:41:34.492-08:002012-11-09T13:41:34.492-08:00The biggest mistake you made- ok let me re-phrase ...The biggest mistake you made- ok let me re-phrase that- first mistake was putting the bread in the bottom of the casserole- if you had toasted the bread under the broiler first that would have been ok. Better yet- the bread should have gone on top during the last 5 min of baking and you turn the dial to broil and let the cheese get all bubbly and just a little brown. Second- WHITE sauce and RED sauce should never mix. Never. It's BAD LUCK! No actually it is not a marriage made in heaven and your taste buds will thank me for this. Just because they BOTH taste good on pasta doesn't mean they want to be in the same pan together. Trust me- I'm Italian- I know ;) laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17460053084122885972noreply@blogger.com
