Spicy seafood eggrolls

It's short post Friday!  Last night I made Michelle's sweet and sour chicken for dinner, and wanted a little side dish to add. Enter: a bag of egg roll wrappers.  I then remembered I had frozen the leftover filling from the seafood enchiladas I made a while I thawed it.  Threw in some broccoli slaw and a squeaze of Sriracha sauce too.

Wrapped them up like I did when I made these buffalo chicken eggrolls and threw them in the oven to bake.
